Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return and up to 10 days to return the items
Items that have a manufacturer defect must be reported within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery does not qualify for an exchange.
Any item damaged or lost by the postal service does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return on purchases that have already shipped, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Upon arrival and inspection refund will be issued, minus shipping cost.
To start a return, you can contact us at supercutebling360@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. MINUS THE COST OF SHIPPING. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
